A day trip to Aigues-Mortes, a medieval fortress in the Camargue in Languedoc in the south of France. This town is about a 30 minutes from the vineyard in St. Gilles. The Camargue is a national wildlife preserve of swampy marshland. Wild Pink Flamingoes are one of the area's main attractions. It is an incredible town contained within the walls of the old fortress. Walking the entire perimeter took over 45 minutes.
Noah and Sasha are demonstrating proper toilet technique. They found that these ancient potties led straight outside the walls and were actually occasionally employed as a deterrent during invasion.
